shockwave-therapy 1) Do I need to make an appointment?
We gladly accept walk ins however we recommend you try and make an appointment in order to reduce wait times and enhance patient efficiency
2) Do you take OHIP?
Natural Touch Rehabilitation Centre is not an OHIP funded facility. We are GLA:D certified.
3) Do I need a doctor’s note?
At Natural Touch our therapists are licensed and registered to provide treatment and dispense medical products. However some insurance companies do require a referral in order to consider payment. Please check with your insurance provider or come in and we can call your provider for you.
4) My Insurance does not cover me 100% of my claim. Do I have to pay the difference?
Yes, you are responsible to cover the deductible or co-pay portion at each visit.
5) My insurance does not cover a medical product that I need. Can I substitute products with my benefits plan?
No, Natural Touch works diligently to ensure the integrity of your benefits plans. All products are medically beneficial and are dispensed in accordance to our therapist’s colleges and your insurer’s guidelines. We CANNOT substitute medical products or devices.
6) Do chiropractors only manually adjust?
Manual adjustments are one of many components that fall under the scope of chiropractor.
7) What are my Payment Options?
Our Treatment and Products are covered by:
Motor Vehicle Insurance
Extended Health /Group Benefit Plan
Work Place Safety and Insurance Board
Private Out of Pocket
Slip and Fall


Many Insurance companies offer direct billing. Please check with our admin staff if your provider allows for this
